Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App and Website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
You must be at least 10 years old to place an order through our App or Website.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order.
Strictly Not Allowed
Pets, arms, alcohol and smoking etc. is not Allowed.
Outside food and beverage etc. is not Allowed.
Use of Services
MY FIRST FLIGHT RESTAURANT Provides dine-in, and take-away facilities for customers.
Any service(s) is not available will not be provided.
Order once placed will not be cancelled.
Dishes will be served only if they are ready.
Customers are requested to wait for minimum 10 minutes to maximum 20 minutes after placing order.
Customers are requested to record their complaints or suggestions at the counter.
We are not responsible for your precious things, so please keep it safe.
Parking at own risk & responsibility.
GST tax applicable.
Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices for menu items are subject to change without notice.
Payment can be made through various methods as provided on the cash,upi,swipe etc.
Inclusion of extra dishes/items shall be charged separately as Add-on Charges.
Refunds, Cancellations, and Return Policy
Refunds or cancellations may be subject to MY FIRST FLIGHT RESTAURANT discretion and policies.
Orders canceled before preparation may be eligible for a full refund.
if you are Orders canceled after preparation food you will be not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right, at Our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material We will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at Our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Our Service after those revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the App,website and the Service.
Booking terms
For a special party we need minimum 50 to maximum 150 persons.
60% advance payment for booking confirmation (non refundable incase of cancellation or postponement under any circumstances) and 40% payment on the completion of function.
Any Types of booking once done can't be canceled and amount will not be refunded.
